I am buying a condo and will need the carpets cleaned when I move in as the current owners have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Do you have any stain protectants after the cleaning? And will the deep cleaning get rid of the pet smell in the rug? My condo is 1038 sq ft completely carpeted minus the bathrooms and kitchen. Are you able to give an estimate on price?
